Look: Cooper Kupp wearing Rams’ new ‘bone’ uniform

When the Rams unveiled their new uniforms earlier this offseason, they debuted a never-before-used color in the NFL: “bone.” It’s a shade of off-white that resembles gray, and is meant to pay homage to the color of a ram horn.

It was received with mixed reviews, but it’s hard to get a real feel for the uniform set until they get on the field.

This week with players in the building, the Rams have been sharing clips from photoshoots and video sessions, and the latest is of Cooper Kupp wearing the bone uniform.

It looks better on Kupp than it did when the Rams were sharing stock images of the uniform, which is an encouraging sign.

The Rams don’t have a designated home and away uniform, so they can wear the bone jerseys at home as much as they want. However, given their past history, it’s likely that they’ll wear their royal uniforms at home more often.

They’ll open SoFi Stadium for their first home game on Sept. 13 against the Cowboys.
