Look: Aaron Donald is definitely ready for first training camp in 3 years

Aaron Donald has proved the last two years that he doesn’t necessarily need practice, training camp or the preseason to remain dominant up front. He skipped camp in each of the last two years, holding out for the massive contract he received last offseason.

On Thursday, Donald will report to camp for the first time since 2016. And he’s definitely ready for the grind that comes with it.

Donald shared a workout video this week as he gears up for training camp, showing off his strength and physique.

This comes a week after Donald shared clips of his workout in Pittsburgh, going through agility and footwork drills on the field.

The end result of a training regimen like that? A chiseled body like this.

Donald will enter the 2019 season seeking his third straight Defensive Player of the Year award. No player has ever won it three years in a row, so he’s chasing history after already making some last season.

If he surpasses the 20.5 sacks he had last year, he’ll also extend his record for the most sacks by a defensive tackle in a season. Imagine what he’s going to do with training camp under his belt?
