LOOK: 1st wave of Bears free-agent additions put pen to paper

The Chicago Bears have been busy in the 2019 NFL free agency’s first wave of transactions, even if the moves don’t have the same mass appeal as last year’s additions of Allen Robinson, Trey Burton and even Taylor Gabriel.

But don’t discount the value each of Chicago’s calculated decisions will bring to the roster.

Mike Davis will challenge Jordan Howard for starter’s carries, Cordarrelle Patterson will be a bigger version of Tyreek Hill, Buster Skrine will complement Kyle Fuller and Prince Amukamara nicely as the nickel and HaHa Clinton-Dix is actually an upgrade over Adrian Amos against the pass.
