Lonzo Ball will be back in action with a few of his Lakers teammates later this month — well, sort of.
During an appearance on FS1’s “Undisputed,” JaVale McGee announced that Ball will be captaining a team for the fifth annual Water For Life Celebrity Softball Game on June 22:
June 22, JUGLIFE Celebrity Game. It’s a celebrity charity game. We have YG coming, we have Anthony Anderson coming. The teams are going to be me versus Lonzo Ball’s team. It’s going to be pretty good.
Along with YG, Anderson and Ball, the celebrity softball game will feature some of McGee’s Lakers teammates, including Rajon Rondo, Johnathan Williams, Josh Hart, Isaac Bonga and Lance Stephenson.
The game will be take place at the Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CA. Tickets are available starting at $25 through AXS.com.
