NBA 2K20 released the highly-anticipated MyCareer trailer on Monday and the cast is as star-studded with actors like Idris Elba and Rosario Dawson, and athletes such as LeBron James, Scottie Pippen and Lonzo Ball. Yes, you read that correctly.
Ball, the presumed new starting point guard for the New Orleans Pelicans, will have a speaking role in 2K’s “When The Lights Are Brightest,” a SpringHill Ent. Production, with his former Lakers teammate Kyle Kuzma and his current teammate Brandon Ingram. Considering they’re in the same cut scene together, it’s safe to assume the scene featured in the trailer was captured before the Anthony Davis trade.
With Ball, Ingram, Josh Hart, Jrue Holiday and Zion Williamson on the New Orleans Pelicans this year, they’ll be one of the more attractive free agent destinations in MyCareer, depending on what position you choose. Fans can get their hands on a copy of NBA 2K20 on September 6.
