Lonzo Ball says Big Baller Brand is ‘demolished’ in new Ball In the Family trailer

This past summer was a whirlwind for Lonzo Ball, and his family’s hit Facebook reality show, “Ball In the Family,” is taking fans behind-the-scenes for all of it in season five, which debuts on Sunday, August 18.

Last season, Lonzo and his father, LaVar, were dealing with the mess left by Alan Foster, the family’s longtime friend and former business partner, who allegedly stole an excess of $1.5 million from Lonzo’s business and personal accounts. This season, it seems there are still things that need to be settled, like the future of the Big Baller Brand.

While LaVar has remained optimistic about the future of the brand, Lonzo has distanced himself from the triple Bs, removing every trace of the brand from his Instagram and covering up the Big Baller Brand tattoo on his arm. Lonzo hasn’t publicly stated he’s done with the Big Baller Brand, but things certainly seem to be trending that way in the season five trailer:

Here’s an interaction between Lonzo and LaVar on the state of Big Baller Brand:

Lonzo: The brand is demolished right now.

LaVar: That’s how you feel, the brand is demolished.

Lonzo: That’s how everybody feels.

LaVar: Who’s everybody?

Lonzo: The world.

There’s a chance that this is all just for the cameras, but everything Lonzo has done to date suggests that he wants no part of the Big Baller Brand going forward.
