Lonzo Ball has been hitting the gym during quarantine and looks jacked

Lonzo Ball has had a busy quarantine period, even if he’s spent all of that time at the Big Baller mansion in Chino Hills. When he wasn’t doing dances to Drake’s new hit “Toosie Slide” on Instagram or taking on LaMelo in football drills, he’s been enjoying Taco Tuesday on Cinco De Mayo and shouting out LeBron James.

But off-camera, Ball has apparently only been doing one thing and that’s hitting the gym. Ball showed off his workout routine on his Instagram on Wednesday and he looks exceedingly jacked.

Ball brought his typical rambunctious style that is always present on his social media to his workout. But he also showed off his gains from the two-month layoff.

With little else available to do during the lockdown, Ball has clearly turned to the weight room to add more muscle. And he’s added a lot of it.

This is the closest Ball has had to a healthy off-season during his time in the NBA. After each his first and second season, Ball was either injured or rehabbing during the summer and couldn’t work on his game.

During this lockdown, he can’t work on his game much but can hit the weight room without any restrictions, which clearly he’s done. Depending on how long the lockdown lasts, Ball may come out of it looking like Zion Williamson.
