Lonzo Ball hasn’t played a basketball game since Jan. 19 due to an unfortunate ankle injury, so he’s had to find ways to keep busy for almost a month now. What better way to keep himself busy than with one of this other passions, music?
Ball is one of the many players in the NBA that likes to jump on the mic, however, he’s one of the few players that has actually released a mixtape. Around this time last year, Ball dropped the mixtape “Born 2 Ball” under his rapper name Zo.
A year later, Zo is back with another track featuring his longtime friend, trainer and manager Darren More, better known to many as DMO. The song is fittingly titled “Geturmerch,” which over the years has become DMO’s catch phrase, for lack of a better term, used to promote the Big Baller Brand.
