Longleat offering dozens of summer jobs

A stately home is looking to recruit 90 members of staff for the summer to ensure a “first-class guest experience”.

Longleat, the seat of the Marquesses of Bath, is preparing for its busiest time of year.

A Longleat spokesperson said: “Whilst some of the jobs do require specific experience, all the seasonal roles have the same requirement in common - a passion for providing a first-class guest experience.”

Successful applicants could earn more than £300 per week in peak times, with full-time hours frequently available in July and August.

Recruits will receive a range of benefits including free tickets to Longleat and Cheddar Gorge and Caves, along with discounts on food, drinks and retail merchandise.

The roles will only cover the summer, but contract extensions are possible.
