Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, which had been available since launch in January to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass users, has now made its way to the Game Pass Standard library.
Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders strikes a balance between challenge and chill, letting players carve through deep snow, glide across frozen lakes, and hit big jumps along the way. Whether riding solo or with friends, it keeps things engaging without losing its laid-back feel.
The Freestylers update arrived last month adding two new modes and several accessibility improvements. Trick Mode shifts the focus to style over speed, featuring over 100 challenges in a reimagined version of the game that unlocks at level 20. Free Ride Mode, which returns from Lonely Mountains: Downhill, removes checkpoints and lets players carve their own path down the mountain. It’s built for speedrunners and becomes available at level 35. Both modes include leaderboard support, new achievements and offer a path to the highest player level without needing to play multiplayer.
The update also introduced a range of accessibility features, including auto-brake, auto-accelerate, toggle controls and remappable buttons. As for the PlayStation 5 version of Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, it’s been pushed from summer to fall.
