Londoner’s Diary: Laurence Fox’s Reclaim party didn’t bank on rule that prevents donations

And later on we learn Ai Weiwei’s latest works have been refused by the film festivals. And in our SW1A today Alex Davies-Jones talks about her shock at how much Parliament relies on WhatsApp.
