Minor delays continue to affect the Central Line on Tuesday amid an ongoing shortage of trains.
There are also minor delays on the Hammersmith and City Line due to train cancellations, but a good service elsewhere on the Underground network.
Meanwhile traffic has cleared on the M20, after the key motorway connecting Kent and London was closed by police earlier on Tuesday.
Kent Police was called to “concerns for the welfare of a person” near the M20 between J2 (Wrotham Brands Hatch Circuit) and J3 (M26 Interchange) around 6.30am.
Both carriageways were shut, but had reopened by around 8.15am, after the person was passed into the care of health professionals.
Major engineering works are also affecting rail services to and from King's Cross are entering their fourth and final day on Tuesday.
