This April, for one weekend only, halloumi-lovers in Liverpool can get their hands on a special brunch menu that is all about the cheesy-goodness.
The pop-up is being brought to the city by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism for Cyprus , which decided to take it’s sell-out event on tour due to popular demand.
It will take place at Liverpool’s Clockworks restaurant for a weekend, from Thursday April 11.
Created especially for the event by head chef Paul Fuller, the menu is dedicated to halloumi-infused brunch dishes.

The menu includes:
- Butterbeans on Toast with chorizo, sundried tomatoes, paprika, crème fraiche Halloumi
- Honey & mint halloumi Rösti with smashed avocado, salsa verde, scrambled eggs
- Chilli Benedict with spice rubbed Halloumi, shredded ham hock, toasted muffin, poached egg, pickled chilies, paprika hollandaise
- Halloumi Duck Egg Frittata with red peppers, cherry tomatoes, chilli jam cucumber dressing
- House waffle with Halloumi, spinach, steaky bacon, red onion, maple syrup
Diners will be able to try each dish individually or opt for the full tasting experience, sampling every item on a sharing platter for two, priced at £19 for three dishes.
Clockworks owner, Jordan Bergson, said: "We’ve whipped up a range of unique brunch dishes which showcase this delicious traditional Cypriot cheese, all with a special Clockworks twist.
