A tiny studio flat in Fulham the size of a double bedroom and priced at £250,000 is London's most viewed home, according to property website Zoopla.

Zoopla said house hunters had been drawn to the property's "modest" price tag in the affluent area of Fulham.

It said the studio flat, at 114 square feet, has been viewed more times than any other home in the capital and is just a four-minute walk from Fulham Broadway Tube station.

The home combines a living room, kitchen and bedroom into a single space and has been described as having a “lovely atmosphere”, according to the property website.

And for those looking to rent, the space would cost a staggering £980 per calendar month.

Zoopla said: “The flat has a lovely atmosphere and even the communal areas are well-maintained. It is extremely quiet, as it is nor bordered by neighbours on either side or above.”

“At the back, there is a view of beautiful Eel's Brook Common”

The property appears to have no living room, but has an “open plan kitchen”, according to Zoopla.

The property also has a single bed, rather than a double, nestled in beneath shelves.

The advert said the home is a "great buy-to-let investment".
