Think you know your American history? Your knowledge of POTUSes past could get you a free pie in London in the run up to this Thanksgiving.
The pop-up on the roof of John Lewis' Oxford Street store will be giving away 100 free pies this Thanksgiving, November 22, serving them up to anyone who can name a President of the United States who had the first name “John”.
The pies come courtesy of MYPIE, who will be cooking up the holiday-themed turkey, bacon and stuffing pies at the sky-high location, which also hosts a mini ice rink, chalet-style cabins and festive food and drink.
The offer kicks off from noon, so best to get there promptly to be one of the first 100 pie-lovers to show of their historical knowledge.
Those who miss out can still pick up MYPIE’s turkey pie throughout the festive season at the Oxford Street rooftop, along with hot gin cocktails from Sipsmith gin.
