A London Overground branch line has been hit by massive delays this morning.

The entire Overground branch between Euston and Watford Junction was hit by severe disruption.

Transport for London (TfL) said it was because of a signal failure at Willesden Junction.

Commuters took to social media to share their frustration, with many saying disruption to the line is a common issue.

Twitter user @Aob10O said: “This is happening far too often at the moment, either with the signals or the trains breaking down, really needs to be addressed.”

Another, @David Pacey, said: “Honestly the line between Watford and Euston is a joke at the moment. The service with you and @LNRailway is appalling – so much disruption affecting fare-paying passenger. It needs to be addressed.

“I’m now delayed for an important work meeting again – I even left home two hours earlier than I needed to just to ensure I could get to work in good time! It’s a joke. ££££ On tickets for what?”
