Tens of thousands of runners take to the streets of London for this year's Marathon on Sunday.
Family and friends will line the roads around the capital to cheer on their loved ones, as they complete the gruelling 26.2 mile race to be able to say 'I did it'.
The 2019 running of the London Marathon is the 39th time the event has been held.
Over 50,000 people are expected to head to the start lines in Blackheath and make their way through the likes of Greenwich, Tower Hill and Canary Wharf, before heading up The Mall past Buckingham Palace to finish.
As ever, the route means that there will be widespread travel disruption across London, albeit all for a good cause. Here is the route for the 2019 London Marathon:

If you are plotting where you can see your family and friends, the map is also equipped with a few bits of advice on the best places to watch.
For example, mile 13 is the best spot to watch if you are a disabled spectactor, with Shadwell Station and King Edward VII Memorial Park both close by.
This spot also doubles up as the 22nd mile of the race, meaning you get two chances to cheer on your pals as they run past.
Following the race, runners can meet up with their family and friends in the areas around Buckingham Palace, like the Horse Guards Parade, Jorse Guards Road and St James's Park, thanks to the Royal Parks Agency.
The Mall is expected to be the busiest part of the course, but there are plenty of other great places where you can watch the action.
