'London is blue' - Chelsea fans poke fun at Arsenal after shock FA Cup defeat

You don't need us to tell you that there is a bit of a rivalry between Arsenal and Chelsea, so fans of the latter will unsurprisingly be delighted to see the former fall victim to an FA Cup upset.

Saturday saw Chelsea comfortably dispatch their opponents, beating non-League Chesterfield 5-1 at Stamford Bridge to book their place in round four.

Plymouth Argyle will be the visitors to west London for that match, but fellow top-flight side Arsenal will not be joining them after they were dumped out of the tournament by Nottingham Forest.

The Gunners have been in great form in the Premier League, currently sitting in fourth place, but they could not drag that purple patch into the cup.

Mikel Arteta's side lacked energy and invention throughout at the City Ground and when Lewis Grabban came off the bench to tap Forest into the lead, it was not undeserved.

Despite Alexandre Lacazette, Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and Martin Odegaard all being on the pitch, they could not muster a good chance to equalise.

As with any big rivals, Chelsea supporters revelled in the misery of their north London counterparts and they logged on to Twitter in their droves to rub salt in the wound.

Here is the best of the reaction after the full-time whistle.
