London Fletcher is a believer, too.
Terrell Davis sees a big game coming for Adrian Peterson when the Washington Redskins host the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.
Fletcher sees it too, as he said in the above video from CBS Sports.
“There’s not a bigger game on the Redskins schedule than this ballgame right here. Dallas week is different. And you can throw the records out of the window. Last year…you saw what happened…they got a beatdown. Adrian Peterson went for almost 100 yards…the defense got after Dak, sacked him five times…we’re not the New York Giants.”
If the Redskins are going to pull off the upset at home, they’ll have to do so while being one of the league’s most-injured teams already.
But as last year showed when Dallas visited the Redskins — a 20-17 Redskins win — anything is possible in this historic rivalry.
