Police are responding to three "major incidents" across central London.
There were reports a van had hit pedestrians in London Bridge and that people may have been hurt in Borough Market.
At least one fatality had been confirmed in the incident at London Bridge.
The area has been cordoned off after eye witnesses reported seeing a white van mowing down pedestrians.
