Even the Evening Standard thinks Boris Johnson’s latest attempt to clean up London’s air “too little, too late”. Given the mayor’s enthusiasm for failed novelty measures such as “gluing” pollution to the ground, it is, perhaps, surprising he hasn’t tried reviving the wizard wheeze in the film above.
