Lisa's daughter also took to Instagram to pay tribute to her late grandmother.

The 20-year-old model, who Lisa shares with husband Harry Hamlin, shared a series of photos of her grandmother through the years in her tribute.

“My guardian angel for the rest of time,” she wrote.

“I love you so much my Lolo… you were and will always be much more than a grandma to me.. you were my best friend. My strength. My rock. My everything.”

Amelia also suggested that her dear nan passed away at 5.05am as she included the timestamp in her post.

She penned: "And just like that.. you’re back with Frank.

“I know they’re having a party for you., and you are dancing your way through heaven. You’ll never be gone. ‘I did it my way. ‘Me too.'”

It comes after reality TV star Lisa shared the sad news of her mother's stroke last week.

Lisa took to Instagram to announce her mother's health update when she penned: "“ know how much you appreciate and LOVE Lois so I need to tell you..." she started the post.

“So, let's celebrate her and send her so much love while she transitions.

“I was so conflicted to share this very very sad news with you, but I know you would want to know."

"Nobody tells you how to do this. You know, there’s not a handbook. There’s never a way to be ready to let go,” Lisa penned.

Lois made several appearances on RHOBH with her daughter over the years, and quickly became a fan favourite for her no-nonsense attitude to life and her gentle nature.

The proud mum had previously suffered a stroke back in 2013, but was able to recover.
