Logan Paul has named Tik Tok star Salt Papi as his No.1 influencer boxer, making a tongue-in-cheek jab at his brother Jake whom he ranked second.
The Paul brothers are two of the most successful YouTubers to transition into the world of fighting, even despite Logan failing to land a win in his three ring efforts. Jake has paved the way into the professional ranks with a 5-0 record, in which he has knocked out two legendary MMA fighters in Ben Askren and ex-UFC champion Tyron Woodley.
And while he often finds himself at the top of influencer boxing lists from fans, media outlets and other creators, his brother joked that he has another choice. Salt Papi, the considerably lesser-known Tik Tok sensation, has burst on to the scene with explosive wins over Halal Ham and Andy Warski this year, the latter of which was a lightning-quick knockout.
The elder Paul brother was asked to list his top five during a recent interview with FightHype while promoting his WWE title match with Roman Reigns set for November 5. He initially placed Jake at No.1 before switching around and adding Salt Papi, while placing himself as low as No.5 due to his lack of wins.
"I'm going to let Jake have it," Logan said when asked for his list. "I think he's No.1 right now, just look at his record. Numbers don't lie. I'm No.2, KSI - see I can't say KSI's No.3 because he's got a better record than me, so f*** it bro, I don't want any beef, KSI's No.2 and I'm No.3. Whatever."
However, when the interviewer suggested that Salt Papi should find himself on the list, Paul changed up his answer, saying "Salt Papi's No.1, Jake Paul is No.2, Deji's No.3 and he's going to knock out Floyd Mayweather, that's a fact." Those answers would leave KSI at No.4 and himself at No.5 as a result.

His brother Jake has a very different, if perhaps more serious, list, which he gave to reporters last week at the pre-fight press conference for his fight with Anderson Silva. He declared himself to be the best and Logan to be No.2, before adding KSI in joint third with Slim Albaher, his former opponent AnEsonGib at No.4 and a joint No.5 with either Dr Mike Varshavski or Isiah 'Faze Sensei' Ocasio.
"Logan's definitely No.2 for sure," he explained. "And then after that I'd say it's probably a tie between Slim and KSI. Then in fourth I would put Gib now and then I was going to say either Dr Mike or Faze Sensei coming in at fifth place."
The Paul brothers have both made major moves in the boxing world, although Logan has now turned his focus to WWE while Jake is keen to continue boxing regularly. Logan's comeback has been set for January 14, where he will share the card with his former opponent KSI on the fourth instalment of the Brit's new Misfits Boxing promotion.
