Logan Paul has told rival Andrew Tate to go "f***" himself after the controversial ex-kickboxer accused him of using steroids.
YouTube star Paul has been heavily linked with a boxing showdown against former kickboxing champion Tate, who has earned notoriety for his contentious views online. It was Paul who first produced a call-out to Tate for a potential clash, which he later performed a U-turn on after hearing of his rival's social media ban, which saw the former champion removed from the likes of Twitter and Instagram.
After reopening the door to a potential fight with Tate, the 35-year-old produced a lengthy and angered response, claiming that the YouTube star's time is coming. He said on a Twitch stream with Adin Ross: “I want to do every drug test on the planet to prove that I am gifted by God. A rabbit needs drugs to look like a tiger. When God creates a predator, he just has natural ability, you understand? I’m not Logan. I don’t need f***ing juice up. I’m not some d***head. His time is coming.”
Paul has since issued a response of his own on his Impaulsive podcast. He said: "Andrew Tate says I do steroids. Those aren't allowed in either sport that I do, so boxing and WWE. So go f*** yourself, go f*** yourself." It appeared that Paul was eyeing a clash with Tate in January for his planned boxing return, when he was set to fight on the undercard of friend KSI's latest Misfits Boxing card.
Injury has likely already cost him the opportunity to compete on that card but a fight with Tate will likely take much longer to arrange, with extensive negotiations likely needed. Paul instead proposed a UFC contest if an opportunity to square off in the boxing ring is unavailable. Tate has since claimed he has reached out to the YouTuber's team to try and make happen.

He said: "Nothing is more important to Logan Paul than being liked and being talked about. He fears and walks away from any real challenge and continues to play fight in the WWE. Logan keeps using my name for headlines to try and further his relevancy; however, he knows that my skills and expertise in any ring are unmatched by him.
"His brother, Jake, even though we haven’t always seen eye to eye, has been changing the boxing industry for the better. Logan Paul has no purpose. If the terms are fair to both parties, I will fight Logan in the cage and destroy him. I have already contacted and confirmed this to a mutual contact. It is time for Logan to pay the price."
