Lockdown 3.0 survey: Tell us what you think about supermarkets, nurseries and even tougher rules

Boris Johnson has warned that tougher lockdown measures may be needed as Covid-19 cases soar in several parts of the country.

England's third national shutdown was introduced after the Prime Minister said a new variant of coronavirus, which is up to 70% more transmissible, was spreading in a “frustrating and alarming” manner and warned that the number of Covid-19 patients in English hospitals is 40% higher than the first peak.

Under the current rules primary schools, secondaries and colleges have moved to remote teaching for the majority of students until mid-February.

By law you can only leave home for limited reasons including exercise, essential shopping, and to escape domestic violence.

People who are clinically vulnerable and who were previously told to shield should stay at home and only leave for medical appointments and exercise.

Mr Johnson has warned stricter measures may need to be introduced if infection rates do not begin to fall.

ChronicleLive wants to know what you think about the current measures and if more stringent rules are needed to combat Covid-19.

How restrictive does you life feel right now and what impact is this having on you?

Major supermarkets are now banning people without masks from entering stories, unless they are exempt for medical reasons.

Should people be made to wear masks in stores or outside or should the government bring in a curfew?

Boris Johnson raised eyebrows on Monday when it emerged he was cycling seven miles away from Downing Street - although Number 10 insisted he complied with the guidelines.

But should people should be allowed to drive somewhere to go for exercise?
