Lock Upp's latest episode saw Poonam Pandey having an emotional breakdown alone in the bathroom area as she has not been keeping well and was in immense pain. She broke down into tears after she couldn't participate in a task which was conducted in the house. As her team mates were performing the task, Poonam was in the washroom area where she was crying inconsolably. Payal saw her there and tried her best to calm her down and console her. She asked Poonam to go and rest as she is in pain and if she continues to stand her back will pain. However, Poonam continued to cry.
Poonam said, "Why is this happening to me? I never had any problem. I hate myself, I am a fu***** athlete and I can't do the task. I am not normal." Payal, who stood with her continued to tell her to not this to herself and go and rest. Poonam finally listened to her and calmed down. Later, when Poonam was fine and with her team, she was seen mocking and making derogatory comments against Payal Rohatgi. Anjali was mocking Payal by saying, "Payal ki pha** rahi hai uski koi seel do, Poonam kapde seelne aate hain, Payal ki pha** rahi hai.. She can't afford you." Poonam replied, "Uska seelne ka mann nahi kar raha mera bahut expensive hoon mein uske liye."
Poonam and Anjali have never liked Payal and have always badmouthed her. During last week they were slammed by host Kangana Ranuat for trying to physically assault her and abusing her. She had warned them to not cross the line and enter someone's intimate zone.
During the day a task was conducted in the house where the contestants had to burn calories and earn coins for their teams. Each block was given a watch through which they can calculate the amount of calories burnt. The contestants were allowed to use their hands, legs, pelvic and glutes to run, jog, workout or dance which will help them burn their calories. The watch can be passed on to other kaidi after each level, and the total calorie count must be declared. After the task, coins were to be rewarded based on the number of calories burned.
