Payal Rohatgi and Sara Khan had a major face off as they fought over the extra "garam masala" in food, which would lead to acidity among contestants. Shivam Sharma did not eat the food when Sara informed him about extra spices in the food. When Shivam asked Payal about it, who had prepared the food, she told him that she might have added a few extra spoons of spices but even cigarettes lead to acidity, why not complain about that.
Keeping his point, Shivam said that Payal told him, "Sara din bhar cigarette phoonkti rehti hai." Payal denied and said that these weren't the exact words that she used. I said, "Everyone smokes and Sara also smokes." Shivam asks her to not run away from her own words.
Tehseen Poonawalla requests Payal to stop this topic as Sara's family is also watching the show. Payal said, "Her family should also know that she smokes." Sara Khan reacted to this by saying, "My family will know what I want to tell them and they already know everything. You don't become my mother and tell." Payal instantly said, "I am not your mother. Why should I be your mother?"
Sara asked Payal to not talk to her any further. Payal continued, "I have been talking about passive smoking since the past many days. Aap sati savitri bani phirti ho. Bolo na hum bhi smoke karte hain. Smoke in the open why hide about it, at least, Poonam doesn't hide."
Sara Khan imitated Payal, called her "nautanki" and said that she is doing drama about crying on seeing the acid attack survivors and assuring to do a few things for them because she has a big heart. Payal teased her for crying over her "sipper" that Poonam gave away during the dare task. Sara said, "khaane ki buraai kar di toh jhela nahi ja raha hai" (I spoke bad about your food and you can't take it)
Later, Sara was seen crying and telling Nisha Rawal that it's not that her parents don't know but you do certain things out of respect. "I never break certain limitations in front of my parents," said Sara as she hugged Nisha while crying.
