Locharbriggs Primary pupils treated to Platinum Jubilee celebrations

It was party time for Locharbriggs Primary School and nursery pupils on Wednesday morning as they were treated to a celebration to mark the Queen’s Jubilee.

Locharbriggs Community Centre Association hosted the event at the hall and gave each pupil a commemorative coin to honour the special occasion.

In the afternoon, children and staff welcomed the whole community to enjoy a picnic in the school grounds and take part in various fun activities.
