Scots who are planning a road trip Loch Lomond or to the Argyll and Bute area today are being warned that there may be some delays due to a multi-vehicle accident on the A82.
Traffic Scotland took to Twitter to alert motorists of the accident which is said to have occurred south of Luss, around 11:25am this morning, with the A82 currently restricted in both directions as a result.
Motorists are advised to approach with caution and it is unknown how long delays are expected to be.
An update posted on their website read: "The A82 South of Luss is currently restricted in both directions due to a road traffic incident. Motorists are advised to approach with caution."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said : "Officers received a report of a crash involving a number of vehicles on A82 near Luss at 10.50am on Saturday, 24 April. The road is now re-opened."
