Location revealed for Bibimbap's new west end restaurant

Back in December of last year popular Glasgow restaurant Bibimbap set tongues wagging with the announcement that they would be opening in Glasgow's west end at some point in 2019.

The restaurant, which specialises in Korean cuisine, has become a firm favourite with Glasgow foodies since throwing opening its doors in March last year on West Nile Street.

And now we can reveal that Bibimbap West will be opening soon on Partick Cross, taking over the spot located by Nam Tum Tram Stop next to The Three Judges pub on Partick Bridge Street.

The 40 cover restaurant will offer westenders fresh, authentic and wholesome Korean classics as well as a BibimBBQ and cocktails.

Speaking back in December, Bibimbap Manager Joe Cassidy said: “We are very excited to be expanding our business in Glasgow. Glasgow’s West End is thriving with incredible independent restaurant operators and we look forward to joining the neighbourhood.”

We don't have a firm date for when the doors open but when we do you'll be first to know!
