Good things clearly come to those who wait.
A couple who searched for ten years to find their dream home eventually landed the property in tonight's episode of Location Location Location, which features in a show of highlights from the past 20 years.
Back in 2009 Ghika and Ronnie posed presenters of the Channel 4 show Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer one of the biggest challenges with very precise specifications for the new home they desired in which to raise their family.
The couple, who lived in Bradford-on-Avon, were adamant they didn't want to move anywhere else - and wanted to remain within easy distance of the school their two children already attended.
That meant living within roughly two square miles of where they already called home.
But their wish list was "not easy at all" according to Kirstie, with their £350,000 budget, plus demands for four bedrooms and a garden.
The presenters first gave the couple with the option of a property on the opposite - south - side of town to where they were currently living.
Despite the cheaper £315,000 price tag, lime green tiles in a kitchen "which felt like an office" put off Ghika immediately, while the size and further distance from school were also a concern.
House number two, three former weavers' cottages made into one, didn't fare much better with Ronnie, despite wife Ghika seeing possibilities.
Location was ideal, he admitted, but the 'quirky' kitchen was definitely an issue.
Wife Ghika told Kirstie that although she liked the property more than her husband, there's "no point buying a property that Ronnie's not entirely happy with".
But the couple acted on the Kirstie and Phil's advice to act quickly and be pro-active, and at 4am the following say Ghika found a property that ticked all their boxes.
"This is home isn't it?" said Ghika at their story's conclusion. "We're not moving anywhere ever".
"The removal men will get no more money out of us," added Ronnie.
