A local raffle in Leitrim has gone viral after a list of top prizes included a brand new Opel Corsa and a cow, among other things.
The Mohill Park Sport and Leisure club are trying to raise funds to build themselves a clubhouse.
In order to help out, a massive raffle is being promoted both online and via leaflets around Leitrim.
Which is exactly how crime writer and TV reporter Jackie Kabler found out about it.
She was visiting her mother in Leitrim and came across the leaflet - taking to social media to register her shock.
She tweeted: "I am in Ireland at my Mum’s and she has bought a raffle ticket. First prize is a car. Second prize is a cow. AN ACTUAL LIVE COW. (My mum lives in an apartment with no garden.) Third prize is a floor. A FLOOR. (She already has floors). BEST RAFFLE EVER."
The draw, which has been supported by the likes of Doireann Garrihy, takes place on the October Bank Holiday weekend.
So, you have the Opel Corsa, worth a few thousand euro as top prize, that's fair enough.
And then a live cow.
And then some floors.
