Darndale is having its very own culture week - and the locals are loving it.
This heartwarming video shows the second of a series of pop up performances by Creative Places, a three-year arts development and capacity building programme based in the sprawling suburb.
And the new project, funded by Dublin City Council, is making its mark with a series of pop-up performances for all the community to enjoy.
Yesterday a tenor braved the unpredictable weather and headed to the middle of Darndale and Belcamp to deliver a powerhouse performance of Italia '90 favourite Nessun Dorma.
And today, a ballerina hit the streets to perform Waltz of the Flowers from The Nutcracker - with a little assistance from an enthusiastic local man who had to jump in and give it a go.
Keep an eye out on the Creative Places and the Darndale Belcamp Village Centre Facebook page this week, where they'll promote all of their performances - who knows what we'll see next!
