If you think about Glasgow and statues, one immediately springs to mind. But while a certain aristocrat outside GOMA is a popular fixture, there's so much more to our public art than an old white man on a horse with a traffic cone on his head.

From Wild West showmen to a kissing couple, the statues and sculptures around Glasgow tell a story about a city connected with the world as well as our own past, one that celebrates the lives of ordinary people today as much as rich or famous figures from history.
