Construction of a 'giant' Ferris wheel is underway at one of North Wales' most popular tourist attractions.
The custom-made 69ft structure, built by luxury sports car maker Lamborghini, is taking up residence on Llandudno Pier, reports NorthWalesLive.
It could even be open on Friday in time for the bank holiday.

It will have 18 Gondolas with seating for 108 people.
Adam Williams, who owns the historic pier, said the attraction - which will give users panoramic views across Llandudno - was transported by lorry from Italy and is in the process of being assembled.
Mr Williams said: "It’s a very exciting time for the pier - probably the biggest single investment the pier has had since it was built.
“We are hoping the investment will help the pier sustain itself for years to come.
“The town needs something fun, happy and nostalgic that brings you back to your childhood, and this will do just that.
“The Ferris wheel fits perfectly into the area where it will be situated as we have had to have it designed for that specific sizing by the team at Lamborghini Ferris Wheels and should be seen right through the town.
"We want to give people that ‘wow’ moment to show them that we are reinvesting into the pier and will continue to do so.”
The wheel is set to officially open to the public on Friday August 27 after a "soft launch" tomorrow night.
The Ferris wheel will be the second permanent one brought it to North Wales by Adam Williams, with the first one being located at his fun fair in Towyn earlier in 2020.
Mr Williams said the cost of the ride had yet to be decided: "We're not 100% sure on pricing just yet but we will try to make it reasonable within the structure of our wristband system to keep it in line with rest of the fairground.
"Value for money is a priority in the seaside town as the attraction aims to cater for both, locals and tourists coming to the town.
"It would be interesting to find out how far away the wheel can be seen."
