Liz Truss reduces Parliament to laughter with just two-words

Liz Truss managed to send Parliament into a fit of laughter as she repeated the same two-words.

Ms Truss clashed with Sir Keir Starmer during today's Prime Minister's Questions, having been forced to scrap her economic strategy. In a square off against the Labour leader in PMQs, Ms Truss made a public apology.

However, during her speech she was forced to pause after describing her actions as "very clear". The Prime Minister told MPs: "I have been very clear that I am sorry and that I have made mistakes."

As she said "very clear", Parliament erupted into hysteria with further shouts of "resign" cutting through. On Monday, Mr Hunt reversed almost all of the tax cuts announced by his predecessor, Kwasi Kwarteng, in September as he sought to calm financial markets following weeks of turbulence.

Ms Truss told MPs: "The right thing to do in those circumstances is to make changes, which I have made, and to get on with the job and deliver for the British people."

Throughout PMQs, Ms Truss repeated how she had been "very clear" with her stance on planning processess and protecting triple lock pensions. This garnered further laughs.

The Prime Minister is battling to save her job following the mini-budget U-turn. Ms Truss told MPs "I am a fighter, not a quitter."
