Liz Hurley's multi-millionaire ex left note for son shortly before balcony plunge death

Liz Hurley’s 18-year-old son Damian was reportedly written a note by his multi-millionaire father just hours before his death.

Steve Bing also wrote to Damian’s half-sister Kira Kerkorian Bing before falling from the 27th floor of his apartment building.

American TV host Billy Bush revealed the investor, who was worth £482million, left “one note for each kid”.

The building manager and Los Angeles police are understood to have passed the letters on.

Extra TV series host Bush said: “I have friends that were friends with him. Steve had depression with a capital D.

“The whole coronavirus thing was definitely a factor. It really messed with him.

“Another source told me he was very depressed. Close friends are shocked at his death. Sources told Extra he suffered from bipolar disorder.”

The celebrity interviewer admitted: “I talked to some of his friends and they were shocked that he moved from downtown to Beverly Hills.

“He was a reclusive guy and then he went to the most social building in all of Beverly Hills, with celebrity lawyers, rappers and all kinds of people in there.

“And there was money trouble.”

Investor Bing fell from a balcony of the plush 10,000 Santa Monica Boulevard Building – known in LA as the 10K – last Monday.

Ex-girlfriend Sharon Stone told Bush: “This is really hard. He was a complicated person who I didn’t think always made good decisions. It is a tough one. It’s a very tough one.”

Damian thanked his social media followers for their “overwhelming kindness” on Saturday.

He wrote: “Your love and support has helped me greatly during this challenging time.”

The model had shared a message about his dad’s death, saying: “This is a strange and confusing time. I’m immensely grateful to be surrounded by my phenomenal family and friends.”

Damian could become the world’s richest teenager if he inherited just a fraction of his dad’s wealth.

He was born after a whirlwind romance between his parents that began in 2000.

Bing initially denied he was the father but a DNA test proved his paternity.

Before his death, it was claimed he never met Damian.
