Livingston under-14s ended their fine Scottish Cup run with a fourth-placed finish following defeats to Grange and Aberdeenshire on Finals Day in Inverleith.
In the semi-final, Grange batted first and tallied an imposing total of 203. Livi started positively but only the top three of Srikar Bogala, Adit Gupta, who top scored with 27, and Dylan Cook were able to put up much resistance as they fell comfortably short of their target.
A physically and mentally tired side then succumbed to Aberdeenshire in the third/fourth play-off match but their journey to Finals Day is one they can take huge pride in and take the positivity into their remaining league matches.
