Livingston vs Rangers fixture shakeup as penultimate Premiership clash gets early kick-off time

Livingston's penultimate Scottish Premiership clash with Rangers has been brought forward to the unusual kick-off time of 6pm.

The two sides will meet in Livi 's final home game of the season next month as part of a full midweek card of Premiership action.

It was due to take place at 7.45pm on Wednesday May 12, but the SPFL have now confirmed that it has been brought forward to 6pm "at the request of the clubs."

Dundee United 's bottom-six clash with Motherwell has been given the same treatment, and will also kick off at 6pm.

The remaining four fixtures - including Celtic's home tie with St Johnstone and Hibs' trip to Aberdeen - remain pencilled in for 7.45pm.

The season concludes just three days later when Livingston travel to St Johnstone, while Rangers host Aberdeen and Celtic visit Hibs.

Each of those games kick off at 12.30 on Saturday, May 15, while the bottom six concludes a day later on the Sunday.
