Livingston troll Celtic with '10 In A Row' jibe as club toasts exceptional run

Livingston celebrated manager David Martindale's 10th game unbeaten as Lions boss with a cheeky social media quip.

A 2-2 draw against Celtic secured the double digit milestone after Jay Emmanuel-Thomas grabbed an equaliser in the second half.

Neil Lennon's side had led with Moi Elyounoussi and Nir Bitton answering back from Ciaron Brown's headed opener.

Scott Brown was sent off late on just minutes after coming off the bench to kill off his side's hopes of earning a first win in 2021.

It's the second draw between the sides in four days after a 0-0 stalemate at Celtic Park at the weekend.

And it's one that has sealed a certain 10 In A Row - but not of the kind the Parkhead club would have wanted.

The official Livingston Twitter account tweeted a graphic at full-time that read: "10IAR - 10 consecutive games without defeat"

10 In A Row, of course, was Celtic's main objective going into this season but they have fallen miles behind Rangers in the Premiership title race.

The number of games in hand over their rivals has reduced to two after the clash at the Tony Macaroni Arena and the gap at the top of the Scottish Premiership now stands at 20 points.
