Livingston's clash at home to Aberdeen postponed following pitch inspection

Livingston's home Premiership clash with Aberdeen this afternoon has been postponed after the Tony Macaroni Arena playing surface failed to pass a pitch inspection.

Heavy snowfall and freezing temperatures in West Lothian over the past two days meant parts of pitch were still frozen.

A 2pm inspection was called and despite the efforts of the club, the officials deemed the pitch unsafe.

No date has been set for the rearranged fixture.

Livingston are next in action on Saturday when they travel to Edinburgh to face Hibs at Easter Road. Kick-off is 3pm.
