Livingston’s Dale Flockhart was in tremendous form as he scooped four medals at the British Universities and Colleges Sport Regatta in Nottingham.
The Great Britain under-23 star was competing in five Championship events for the elite rowers.
He took home gold medals in the lightweight coxless pairs and lightweight double scull as well as taking silver in the lightweight single scull, missing out on the gold medal by a mere 0.4 seconds.
Meanwhile it was a bronze in the quad scull, with the team being pipped to the post for the silver medal by 0.1 seconds. Steering problems meant he finished in sixth place in the lightweight coxless fours - the only event in which the Edinburgh University student did not medal.
The BUSC Regatta is the biggest student regatta in Europe and featured over 2500 competitors across all events.
