Livingston given new date for re-arranged Premiership clash at home to Hibs

Livingston will host Hibs in their re-arranged SPFL Premiership clash on Wednesday, December 8 with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The two sides had been due to meet at the Tony Macaroni Arena on Saturday, but a number of positives covid test at the Edinburgh club led to that fixture being postponed.

Hibs' away clash at Ross County was called off just hours before kick-off last Saturday. That fixture was quickly rescheduled for Wednesday, but that was also postponed.

The new date means that the Lions will have to play five games - against sides all currently in the top six - in the space of 14 days.

They host Rangers on November 28 before an away trip to Aberdeen on December 1. That's followed by back-to-back home ties on December 5 and December 8 against Hearts and Hibs before rounding-off their busy spell on Saturday, December 11 at Tannadice against Dundee United.
