Hopkins's excellent, no-frills documentary on the admirable work of Médecins Sans Frontières focuses on four young doctors working in Liberia and the Congo. Two are from Australia and the States and on their first mission; the other two – a resilient French woman and an exhausted Australian – are experienced veterans. The picture earns its 15 certificate for some particularly harrowing surgery.
