Wijnaldum missed the weekend win over Bournemouth with a thigh problem, while Mane remained on the bench in the south coast as he received a well-earned rest; both should be ready to take on the Austrian champions.
Elsewhere, Joe Gomez could earn a rare start at centre-half after Dejan Lovren was forced off at the Vitality Stadium with muscle tightness.
