Jurgen Klopp is likely to shuffle his pack once again when Liverpool face Genk ahead of a heavyweight clash with Manchester City.
The German made a number of changes for the Reds’ visit to Belgium late last month - a game that ended in a 4-1 win for the visitors.
And, with no fresh fitness concerns to contend with, Klopp has the chance to do the same with one eye on a crucial Premier League fixture on Sunday.
Asked about the condition of his squad, he told the club’s official website: “I think [it's] pretty much as we looked before the last game [against] Aston Villa, nothing really changed
“Nobody told me anything. Yesterday in training everybody could do what he had to do, but in this period of the year we know things can happen overnight [but] no, nothing [new] that I know.
“Everything should be fine.”
Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could be two men to benefit such anKeita approach, the pair looking likely to reprise the midfield roles they were given in Genk.
Fabinho should also return alongside them, the Brazilian having been left out of Saturday’s trip to Aston Villa in order to avoid a potential booking and one-match suspension.
Elsewhere, Klopp may look to fresh things up by introducing Joe Gomez to his backline, while James Milner is a candidate to start on either side of defence should Trent Alexander-Arnold or Andy Robertson need a rest.
Mohamed Salah’s battle with a minor ankle issue could also see him rested as a precaution, with Divock Origi his likeliest replacement up top.

Predicted Liverpool XI [4-3-3]: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson, Fabinho, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Keita, Salah, Mane, Firmino.
