Liverpool XI vs Aston Villa: Confirmed team news, starting lineup, latest injuries for Premier League

James Milner misses Liverpool's first game back at Anfield as Premier League champions due to a muscle injury.

Jurgen Klopp's side host relegation-threatened Aston Villa with three changes to the side that lost 4-0 to Manchester City on Thursday.

Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Divock Origi come into the side for Jordan Henderson, Georginio Wijnaldum and Roberto Firmino.

Pepe Reina meanwhile starts in goal against his former side - one of five changes to the Villa side.
