Liverpool will turn into a giant interactive board game involving The Krays

Liverpool will be transformed into a giant interactive board game later this year in a real-life game of Cluedo.

CluedUpp is giving wannabe detectives the chance to solve the fictional double murder of the UK’s most notorious criminals, the Kray twins.

'The Latest Krays' will be set in 1960s London, where participants will have their detective skills put to the test with virtual witnesses located around many of the city’s places of interest.

Each team will need access to a smartphone, as the game is entirely app-based and will have guests running about the city to discover clues.

There are even prizes for teams to win on the day, including best fancy dress, team pictures, team name and doggie detective.

The Krays were infamous for using their role as nightclub owners to run a massive crime racket in the East End of London but were eventually caught and imprisoned.

CluedUpp comes to Liverpool on November 9, and costs £36 per team (up to six people).

Tickets are available now via www.cluedupp.com .
