A Liverpool cake maker has been named among the best wedding cake designers in the UK.
Leading hen party organiser GoHen has revealed its Top 50 Wedding Cake Designers 2020, with Merseyside business Cakes by Andrew securing one of six spots in the North West category.
Garston-based Cakes by Andrew, run by Andrew Murrary, is one of the city’s most popular independents and, alongside wedding cakes, offers biscuits, cupcakes, donuts and more.

On the Liverpool company, GoHen said: “Forget tradition, Andrew breaks the cake convention with his funky, colourful and creative flair and we love it.

According to the Cakes by Andrew website, its wedding cakes range from “rustic naked cakes to extravagant floral creations”.
