After being battered by torrential rain for weeks, Merseyside is finally predicted to see some drier, sunnier spells.
Storm Barra brought strong winds, heavy downpours and flash flooding to the region, with the rain lasting through this weekend.
While more rain is on its way on Sunday and Monday, the rest of the week looks drier, though things are about to get colder.

The Met Office predicts a maximum high of 14C for Sunday, which could drop considerably to a low of 3C on Friday.
Temperatures are set to stay cooler for the foreseeable.
Here's the forecast for Liverpool this week.
Sunday is set to be largely cloudy with further outbreaks of drizzle rain first thing.
The Met Office forecast from Monday to Wednesday said: "Mostly cloudy and on the mild side throughout next week. Outbreaks of rain are possible at times on Monday afternoon as well as Tuesday into Wednesday."
A daily forecast shows highs of 11C and lows of 8C on Wednesday, however this will drop by a few degrees as the week progresses.
A long range outlook, from Thursday (December 16) until Christmas Day said: "Thursday is expected to be a mild, cloudy day, with some patchy light rain mainly across western areas, slowly moving northwards.
"Dry elsewhere, and windy in the north.
"Thereafter, high pressure, already across southern areas, is expected to build further north, pushing the wind and rain away from all areas apart from the extreme northwest.
"Here any rain will be light, giving a much drier second half to December for all. Although rather cloudy at first, cloud amounts should reduce through the period, especially in the south and southeast.
"Temperatures will tend to become colder in time for Christmas, especially in southern areas. As a result, the risk of frost and fog increases, the fog slow to clear through the mornings, and perhaps lasting all day in some places."
